Marion Illies, owner of EZ New Web Laundromat & Café is featured on the cover of the February 2008 issue of American Coin-Op. Inside, Illies and her laundry, utilizing IPSO brand equipment, are the subject of an four-page profile.

Illies has reinvented the vended laundry concept with her EZ New Web Laundromat & Café. Vibrant colors and art pieces bring the store to life, while a café component with specialty coffee drinks, sandwiches and more turn the business into much more than a place to do your laundry. EZ also features Wi-fi access and computer stations so customers can sip, soak and surf the web.

EZ has been wildly successful since debuting four years ago in Culver City, Calif. In fact, the concept has been so well received that Illies is looking at franchising EZ.

This isn’t the first time EZ New Web Laundromat & Café has appeared in American Coin-Op. Just last month, Illies’ store was named a “Special Honor Winner” in the publication’s Most Beautiful Store competition.
