In his column, “Keep Marketing Simple,” Kell offers owners of vended laundries marketing tips to keep their businesses profitable.
Kell says it’s important to put together a marketing plan for the laundry and research who your customers are.
“Knowing your customers is vital. Eighty-three percent live less than one mile from the nearest laundry. Sixty-four percent visit the laundry once a week. A demographic survey can assist in determining family size,” he writes.
