Calmek Equipment, a division of Coinamatic Canada, recently won IPSO’s Top Performer Award for 2007. This award is presented to the IPSO brand distributor in each region that exceeds its prior year sales by the highest percentage (30 percent minimum).

Based in Montreal, Calmek distributes IPSO brand commercial laundry equipment to on-premises and vended laundries across Canada.

“This award is a testament to the hard work and overall commitment of Calmek’s entire sales and support staff,” said Fred Sunman, IPSO regional sales manager serving Canada. “Calmek saw very strong sales growth in 2007 and we are looking for even greater success from the Calmek IPSO team in years to come.”

Receiving the award was Alain Belanger, vice president of sales for Coinamatic commercial laundry and drycleaning divisions. Belanger called the award a great honor.

“As a division of Coinamatic, we place heavy emphasis on providing excellent customer service,” Belanger said. “I think this award certainly is a reflection of that focus.”
